You could order a box of Vagias keytops from Schaff, P. 85, Nos. 1320-1331.
Keytop color/texture/look is totally up to the customer, and he may not like
them, but I like the way those looked (for certain pianos). They are $12-13,
so you won't be out much if the fellow does not like them. I ordered some
last year just to see how they looked, but have not covered any keys with
them yet. Gotta dig them out, I guess. :-)  I can't say about how they feel
compared to ivory.
