Well Terry, gotta hand it to you on this one... the fellows call to require at
least 4.5 hours of work on a standard service visit for a vertical does seem a
bit out of line. On top of his hard line approach towards less then proffesional
work... this guy better hope he doesnt have much competition. Otherwise he will
probably be screaming uethnical things all over the place... and unethical ones
as well. :)
