Betcha it's back to -190 now......But that wasn't the question was it? Did you check the damper guide wires to make sure they were in their little holes? I assume you pulled the top damper stack to tune, did you manually have to insert each wire? At any rate, one of the best things to do with these is find a suitable electronic keyboard and remove it from it's case and install into keybed, you may have to adjust and make key blocks and install vol and other controls onto and into some place on the case, but it makes for a cute and functional piano as the bird will have in many cases flown the coop..... tom mc nabb
