No capstans?

Hi Terry,
                   The capstans are adjustable,  Slacken the rear screw, 
and tighten the front screw to raise the capstan to remove lost 
motion.  Reverse the procedure to put in lost motion.
The piece of wood pivots on a cam type thingee.
