Polyester Finish & Latex Paint

You might try lemon oil. Leave it on the paint over night. Schmoo
it off with ultra fine steel wool, or scrape it very carefully
with a razor blade, or rub it with leather soaked in paint
thinner. What ever you do might affect the poly finish but you
have to get the paint off. Then the finish can be touched up
hopefully with a polyester finish touch up kit. Maybe you better
ask the professional polyester touch up specialist first. -----
