I don't have a problem discussing price..that's why they're calling in the
first place..if they're price shopping, I'll lose. If they're trying to get
a 'feel' for a person coming into their home, I win.

It doesn't matter to me whether I get that 'cold call' or not. If the call
is a referral, price doesn't matter. If it's a real cold call, I'll tell
them as much as I can from 'their' description of 'their' instrument.

I try to keep the surprises to a minimum.
