New tuner, tuning a player piano

STeve: If all the player parts have been removed, you should have just a
normal piano to tune. The only difference in uprights is that frequently the
keystick length is longer than normal to allow for the space needed by the
stack. These old players are also frequently heavily worn from the years of
use by the player action.  Patrick Poulson
