Or a hand wire brush. Thanks. >Tom Take out a few more screws and separate the brackets from the rails (mindful of any shims, and marking which goes where for re-assembly). Then sandblast and paint. Re-assemble with the screws loose, install in the piano to line everything up, and tighten the screws. Ron N
