Generic EBVT Tuning Chart

Hi Joe,

I pointed this out on the list nearly 3 years ago, after he commented that
sometimes his C8 was 75 cents stretched. I believe clients find Bill's
tunings are "on steriods" because of it. They like the change. Maybe.
