Interesting how there is some variety in the answers on the list.
I am strictly an aural tuner and have been at it for twenty two
years. My general tuning time is one hour.Pitch raise is about an hour
and twenty minutes to thirty or forty.Regular every six month or less
tuning on a seasoned piano would easily be 40-45 minutes, with ten to
twenty minutes spent on acion tweeking and voiceing(hammer maintenance)
I also do alot of concert tunings on the S'way C+A's that I take care
of,and those tunings usually end up in the 45 minute range, but I can
do it quicker if I have to. Robin Olson RPT
