    Quite awhile ago I posted a list of ototoxic drugs that I found on =
the internet and several people wrote to me thanking me for the =
information.=20

    Last week, while lecturing about how to take a case history,  my =
audiology professor showed the class the reference material she uses in =
her office to look up possible problems with  hearing and/or  balance =
caused by ototoxic drugs.=20

    I asked  her for a copy and she said yes!  It is the most up to date =
publication prepared for the audiology profession from the Physicians =
Desk Reference, listing all drugs that could have an effect on hearing =
and what their possible symptoms are.  I cannot publish it here, but if =
anyone has a question about a specific drug, I could look up the listed =
symptoms and tell you.  email me directly,=20
