Wilem: I will read with interest the correct way to make this action heavy. I raised the sharps a 1/16 of an inch higher and the concert pianist thought I had made the action much more heavy. She was extremely happy with this 9"0" Steinway after I made the action "heavy" in this manner. Of course it just feels heavy. Tommy Black Decatur, Ala.
