Try taking a tuning tip that you are not using anymore, and, using a hammer, 
force it down on the pin. Then turn the pin, slowly, to get it out. The 
reason you want to use a tip you are no longer using, is that it will 
probably crack when you pound it down. Hopefully it will not do that, 
however, until after you've got the pin out.
