While I admire your consciousness to keep reminding your clients about 
getting their piano tuned, and doing it all with your typewriter. But it's 
not just the antiquity of it. It is the time you are taking to do this. You 
can get the same results with preprinted post cards, and mailing labels with 
the last tuning date on it, and save yourself  hours of work each week.  You 
don't need sophisticated programs and printers, much less scanners. I was 
doing this back in the old days, with a 25 K computer and a dot matrix 
printer.
