pitch raise to a different pitch

Hi Kevin:

Even on the SAT II you can PR to different pitch by doing a reset (like 
-20 cents for A435) just before you do the rollover for your FAC.

It works the same on the SAT III.

I'll be teaching a new PR at San Diego this week. Really neat.
