Junk Pianos

That piano looks more than just dead -- it's decomposing. My first
inclination is to say that practicing rebuilding skills on that would be
like practicing surgical techniques on an animal that had been dead in the
gutter for about a month.

Rebuilders -- am I right in assuming that the best candidates for shop
skills practice are those that had aged gracefully and are simply worn out?
At least there would not be the levels of corrosion and corruption to
interfere with the practice efforts as there is in the graphics provided by
Mr. Airy.

Speaking of junk pianos and practicing rebuilding
skills....
What would you think of learning on a piano like this
