Keeping Cat off piano

All,
A trick I learned while owning many pets: Take a mouse trap, set it, and
gently cover it with a section of the local newspaper. When the cat steps on
it the trap "snaps", but the animal isn't harmed. It scares the hell out of
the cat and after a few times, the cat will stay away from it. Dogs, on the
other hand need constant reminders. <G>
