     I know of no one that tunes between A4 and A5 for a temperament octave.  
The beat rates would be way too fast to compare, ie,  the A-C#, C#-F and F-A 
would be 9, 11 and 14 (approx), which I think would be hard to judge.  Even 
the min3/6 tests would be beating too fast to use.
