nose bolts

Tommy:  try slipping thin plastic tubing over the nose bolts, then when the
plate is lowered enough, thread the tubing through the holes in the plate.
As you lower further, these should guide the plate into position.  Then pull
the tubing off and finish setting the plate.  An old mechanic's trick when
replacing cylinder heads on an engine.  ....Mike Kurta
