Tight Damper Flanges

I've used the buffing wheel many of times. Works great. real fast and a very fine polished surface. Your 0000 steel wool marks will come out in seconds. Only way to do it when the wires are bad in my book. You'd be amazed what you can polish up on the buffing wheel. Plastice keytops come out looking like new. Ivory. Brass. Lyre rods. You name it! Even big ugly plate screws - I polish the heck out of them and hit 'em with laquer - they look like they have been chromed.
