Baldwin scale..... ???

I have a Baldwin model 'L' (#49978)and I need the stringing scale..........
the scale that is currently on the thingee is butchered (I think?)and I need 
the correct one......I have loaned my scale book out and need some help!! :-(

what is currently on the thingee is:
13.5- 6
14   - 17
14.5- 8
15   - 6
16   - 10
17   - 4
18   - 4
19   - 2
19.5-2
20   -4
 This can't be right can it??
