You're right Keith, a tilter isn't always the way to go, but you wouldn't 
want to not have one at all would you?

BTW, standing them on end is a relatively easy access method for the 
inevitable school surprise caster repair out there in the world and far 
away from your tilter. It's not that hard getting 'em up by yourself, but 
getting them back down is a little different challenge.
