Hammer Spring Rail Replacement

List.  I need information on securing a new hammer spring rail for a 
Baldwin-Howard, Spinet, drop action, with stickers.  Some springs are 
broken, others are all bent, in general hammers won't return.  I 
found in the archives a discussion between John Ross, Newton Hunt, 
Patrick Draine and Clyde Hollinger, Aug 1999, a source of Pratt Winn 
and Wade Boggs, where John Ross suggests they will build a new one if 
one were to send them the old one.  They would duplicate it with a 
replacement rail for a reasonable price.
Does anyone have further information on this with an address, phone 
number, e-mail address, etc.
