This is in the archives...but: It's been awhile...remove screws into big flanges on which the tray rotates. pull tray out towards you and with a long screwdriver you can get access from above down through the strings into the blocks screwed down into the top of the tray. Remove 2 screws per block and the tray will come out. Repin or replace (you will need parts from Young Chang) and re-install...
