Young Chang damper tray removal

Yes, I did a Kawai a while back also, and it was pretty easy. That experience was a big part of why I was wondering if I was overlooking something on the YC. The screws for the three flanges go into an aluminum rail mounted to the belly rail. The part of the flange on the tray hangs down far enough that there is no access whatsoever to those screws. The two screws that hold the other flange part to the tray are on top, but the entire tray is located below the soundboard overhang piece, so there appears to be no access to those either. The only way I can see to do it is to remove the aluminum flange rail from the belly rail and disconnect all the &*%$ing dampers.

But I have missed the obvious before.............
