                   I just hate this Typical warranty response. Your answer 
should be " Oh I see, You must be the new guy  at Stwy,but hey  every tech on 
the piano tech list undestands the problem better than you do and if that's 
the case you should subscribe so your not out of the loop. Uh Huh right
