It seemed obvious to me that he only did the middle register.  He was =

tuner for over 15 years.  It amazes me that this guy cared so little for =

faithful client.  He must have been on a tight schedule that day, but=20
still...is that an excuse?

His card was in the piano with the RPT logo.

The bad news is: this is just another piano I'll have to tune for free =
for=20
the rest of my life.

    What, Tom,  you didn't know your wife had an aunt that played piano =
when you married her?  It's all a part of the package. You should know =
that by now, unless you have been married less than a year.=20
    As far as the RPT lazy tech goes; hey, he's a member of the Guild, =
so call him up and give him a "one Guild member to another","you're =
busted", "nice job, almost" talking to......... Invariably, after you're =
done, he'll tell you what really happened.
