I have done work for a couple local dealers in the past.......for a very short time. They did not pay anything extra for even a BIG pitch raise. I never left a piano flat AND, did I say that I didn't work for them for long? $30 to pitch raise and tune a piano that is 25 cents flat. I don't think so. But the few I did went to A440.
