Steinmann piano

Hi all,

I recently tried to service a 3 yr. old Steinmann
studio upright. This poor piano needs some major
repairs. The 10 yr. warranty is held by North American
Piano Group. I'm trying to reach them but no phone #
or address is listed on the warranty papers, and the
dealer that sold the piano only has a unusable phone
#. Has anyone ever dealt with this "company" before,
and do you have a way to get in touch with them? 
I also found a sticker on the piano that had the name
Van Urck - Holland on it.

Any info. would be appreciated.
