Any objection to changing the head so a regular sort of wrench can take it apart? Not all techs have the oval head and it is a cause of second trips. I find a rushed or frustrated technician is the cause of most poor or damaging work to the piano. Keith Roberts PS/Joe I'll be careful next time.
