Laminated ribs

Vertical, traditionally, with the assumption that vertical grain is 
stiffer, but I haven't been able to find anything in documentation 
indicating a difference in either initial bending strength or long term 
stress and creep effects either way. Deflection tests I've done for myself 
indicate that the difference is meaningless structurally.
