OT - McAfee download problem

Hi Clyde:

1 - There are some scams going around the net which appear to be legitimate
e-mail messages but which are used to sniff out personal information from
people. Not sure this is one of those but I'd be real careful about this
sort of thing. I'm assuming the e-mail link took you to McAfee's web site
for the download?

2 - With Norton Antivirus there is a utility which allows you to check your
software for upgrades right out of the software on your PC. Check and make
sure there isn't some way of doing this with your package.

3 - If you are using Internet Explorer you may have cookies turned off and
have the security settings set to HIGH. Perhaps this may need to be lowered
temporarily. Go to tools -> Internet Options and Privacy tab and see what
you have it set to.
