If it were a car, it would fall under "The Lemon Law". Perhaps it's time to
employ an industrious Lawyer. The client must instigate this sort of thing,
however. All you can do is provide the client with an Estimate, (detailed
and professional in presentation), and let the client do the work. Yours is
finished at this time, IMHO, unless the client is willing to pay you
directly.
