Sometime soon I want to purchase an nice high-resolution digital camera. But for the time being this very low-resolution digital camera does have some advantages!! With the low res you can't see all the plugs I have covering incorrectly placed holes (like I drilled the nose bolt holes before I dried down the board - holes moved a half-inch! - a few holes after moving bridges, gouges from planing boards that were not placed with grain running the same way, etc., etc., etc.). Fortunately, I made the decision even before really digging into this piano that if anything was going to suffer, it would be cosmetics - arguably justifiable with an upright. But I learned lots from each screw-up and I know how to do it differently when I do a grand. I am confident that the next one I produce will look quite acceptable. Yikes! What a trip it has been. .... Let's hope it sounds better than it looks! And what, may I ask, is wrong with its looks? Del
