Sorry to disappoint you.  ;-(   I have heard of JB Weld, but have never used it. I think I have seen it in the store and assumed that it was simply a prepackaged thickened ready-to-use epoxy. When you say "metal" epoxy, are you suggesting there are some sort of metallic properties to the epoxy, or is this an epoxy that the manufacturer is claiming to work well when bonding metal - or perhaps has "strong-as-steel" claims?

If it is the latter, then I suspect you can make up the same thing or better with West System epoxy and the filler of your choice (perhaps their high-density adhesive filler) - but I am curious if whether JB has some unique properties. Thanks.
