ETD's and an apology

Dear listers,

Last night I read this email where a colleague mentioned that in the
end the ear prevails over ETD's.
As I am both a long time aural tuner but also a long time machine
tuner, I have experience and knowledge about this subject.
Hence my very enthusiast story about why these days tuners can make
far superior tunings in a very short time.
I got carried away on this subject and should not have mentioned the
name of the ETD I have grown so about

So I apologize here for all and I feel bad about my mistake. It was
certainly not my intention to promote my ETD and I hope you will
understand that I truly meant to make clear that I personally think
that a very good ETD is a very good replacement of the so fallible
human ear.

friendly greetings,

Antares,
The Netherlands
