Drying down a panel

The only thing I can think of that would be fast would be something like the
hot box Ron Overs posted about a couple months ago. It had forced air
heating. Check the archives. In my hot box it usually take about one to two
weeks - I think there is a lot of insurance in that time frame - I think it
gets to about 90% of where it is going in just a few days.
