Alcohol soluble dyes will work with epoxy, but the best product I'm aware
of for this task is Mohawk's "Blendal Powder Stain", which is an extra
finely ground pigment used for spot color replacement in finishes.

I've used these powdered stains to tint just about everything from Bondo to
hide glue, white glues, and epoxies, with no problems. A little goes a long
way. Base colors can be achieved when repairing visible damage. Get the
primary colors, white, black, and the walnut that is/was marked as #1417.
