This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment I have had success using gel type superglue and accelerator. Paint the accelerator on the molding and the glue on the felt. Press for a few seconds, and it should hold. You can also use white glue instead of the accelerator, but you will have to clamp it until the white glue is dry. You won't get the same tone from the hammer as before it came unglued. Better to replace the hammer if possible.
