AMEN
In today's world you just never know what peoples' intentions are.

However, with my whole whopping 18 months experience,  I do find that people 
who own pianos are particularly cool in the first place - or they wouldn't own 
a piano! 

Still, its proper to be alert, observant and take care not to be taken by 
misfortunate surprise.
