OT and email management

Ryan...all that needs to be done is for the list to be set up so that a
single Topic is defined for the filter system built into the Mailmail
list program. A topic marker for this topic then would have to be
included in the subject line for any post meant for the archives. In
addition any user can decide to subscibe to any single topic defined.
Lists can be set up with many such topics definitions. Ours doesnt
define any and just sends and archives everything that comes in.

There are other relatively easy ways of doing basically the same thing.
But since nothing gets done, I have to imagine that the problem of OT
posts is not deemed big enough to warrant bothering about it. Myself I
do not consider OT's a big problem. The list does a great job of
moderating itself. We allow for a bit of this.. and when it gets out of
hand a few start shouting... and everything calms back done. Just like
one big happy family.

Cheers
