Pinning on new flanges

Pretty common. Repin them to your climate. I would suggest, though, that you 
repin them all, and not just the ones out of spec. They might or might not be even 
from side to side, if they change it will be more unifomly when pinned, and 
if they are from a certain manufacturer they might be overpacked and actually 
get too tight later if not repinned now. 

With the right reamers, it's only a couple hours work, more or less.
