My wife is wondering if any of us have tried marketing "Piano Care Packages" or contracts? ie a specified number of tunings, key cleaning, soundboard dusting (in grands) etc. Perhaps even more detailed including long interval items such as hammer reshaping and regulation. These all amortized out into a service contract with a monthly payment system. Here in southern New Mexico you can sell monthly payment items long before you can sell up-front priced items. Anyone here "done-that"? Andrew+
