Pinning on new flanges

Never tried it.  Didnt seem necessary as I always do this when 
repinning, and I always repin when there is a problem with centers.  
I've never experienced much success at solving (permantly) a center pin 
problem by the addition of some or another form of liquid lubrication.  
You never know whats been in there from before... and how what you are 
adding to the mix will work out.
