There's also the 3 dollar nail-puller pry bar. Like Joe says, though, grind 
the tip for parallel slot, not wedge-shaped. Grind the short 90 degree end, 
not the long 10 degree end, and use it like a big rocker screwdriver. Easy 
to get enough downward pressure, and plenty of torque.
