Help with "bad" tuning...need help

Why not,
Because you then have to explain what cents are and then explain that hertz 
and cents aren't equal...and on & on, when everyone seems to readily 
understand, "It's an average of 132% flat ma'm." (132 cents or 32 cents 
flat of the next key down) ;-)
