permission for pdfs

Super stuff to send in where? To post on this list? I think most folks =
on this list that are serious about their piano work have a copy of the =
Journals on CD. If they don't, they should - or at least have their hard =
copies. So why post an article? We already have a copy. Just provide the =
reference if there is something to talk about.
