Clark,

I haven't seen one thing mentioned that will definitely cause hammers 
to bobble. With the sustain pedal depressed the damper spoons come in 
contact with the damper levers before the end of the keystroke.

Or simple put, there is too early a damper lift.

If you find this to be so, find the worst offender of the bobble, 
return the other adjustments to there basic place and set damper lift 
to be later and see if that doesn't take care of it.
