It'll get bigger cut offs and a new board (among other things). If I can only 
get 15K for it, I'll be disappointed.

I routinely replace the bottom kneeboard with a rectangular frame and speaker 
cloth. Opens an upright right up. IMHO, you really don't notice the lack of 
varnish/lacquer down there - especially on an ebony piano with black speaker 
cloth.

  Yes it should be worth more especially with new belly. What did you have in 
mind? 20K. Grill cloth great idea.
