Well, if it has Cyrillic characters on the plate, it was certainly not
manufactured in Bavaria, Germany.
The Cyrillic alphabet is used in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Serbia,
Macedonia, and Bugaria. Take your pick. All these places are renowned for
their outstanding achievements in piano technology. :-)

PS   Does this thing have like 1 3/8 '' of polyester lacquer on the case?
